​   Serving Suggestions for Jams

  • Stir jam into plain yogurt
  • Mix some jam in your hot oatmeal
  • Spread between layers of cake,my Chocolate Raspberry is my favorite with Chococlate Cake
  • Mix your favorite jam with some lemon juice and use as a glaze for cheesecake
  • ​Jam Vinaigrette   ​You​use any kind of jam. Use any kind of oil you have such as a walnut, grape seed or olive oil. Also, use vinegar such as cider, red, I particulary like balsamic. In a jar, combine two parts jam with two parts oil and one part vinegar. Shake it up, Pour over your salad and Bon appetit.
  • Place 1/2 teaspoon of jam or marmalade on top of a each muffin before baking, you could add a dollop of cream cheese as well, add cream cheese first then jam on top
  • Spread over a Brie,  cut top off of Brie pour your jam on top and bake at 350F 5-7 minutes until cheese starts to ooze, sprinkle a few nuts on top
  • Your favorite jam mixed wth balsamic vinegar  and use as a glaze for chicken, salmon or pork
  • Jam and cream cheese wrapped in filo pastry or puff pastryand bake 350F until pastry is golden brown,  you could add a few chopped up nuts as well. Quick and easy appetizer when un-expected company that drop in
  • Jam is great on pancakes or waffles
  • ​Make a fruit dip.  Beat together  8 oz cream cheese, 8 oz plain yogurt and 1/4 cup jar 


  Serving Suggestions for Pie Filling

  • Stir Pie Filling into plain yogurt
  • Mix some pie fillng in your hot oatmeal
  • Spread between layers of cake
  • Spoon over Cheese cake
  • Place 1/2 teaspoon of pie filling on top of each muffin before baking, you could add a dollop ofcream cheese as well, add cream cheese first the the pie filling
  • Pie filling and cream cheese wrapped in filo pastry or puff pastry, bake at 350F until pastry is golden brown, follow package instructions, You could a your favorite herb on top of the pie filling , make it sweet and savory. I really like mint or basil with blueberry.

My Pie Fillings are so easy to use and convenient, great to keep on hand for when company drop in.

Always have a frozen pie crust in the freezer
​Simply Preheat oven 375 F - 175C. Thoroughly prick sides and bottom of crust with a fork, Bake crust in oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool, fill crust with your pie filling, put top crust on pie, make sure you make slits  on top crust so the steam can escape. Bake pie for approximately 50 - 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
